In Journeys Within,

the author identifies a descent into the soul to the likes of pushing into the wilderness.  Claiming that the most important journey a person can take is within themselves and the most treasured endowments hide on the other side of the uncomfortable feelings, pains, and unexpected situations that life often forces onto us.

The book is a compilation of poetry, split up into five chapters, and though the soul and wilderness are the over arching themes, many other topics are explored; such as love and God, darkness and faith, and the dangers of our comfort.
